Returns policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return your products.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to notify your willingness to exchange your goods within 2 days by email at shop@homenoffice.xyz. Returns will be at the customer cost.

You have two options to return the goods by post or directly to our retail store in Orchard.
In both cases goods need to be returned at the below address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@homenoffice.xyz if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and find the best solution. Any complaint made after two days upon goods reception will not be taken into account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. In the case you need to send back a product we will provide you with a credit note to be used within 3 months.
